Founded in London by interior designers Mary Graham and Nicole Salvesen, Salvesen Graham is known for its future heritage approach: blending historic sensitivity with a confident, playful use of color, pattern, and texture. Each project — whether a London townhouse, a country estate, or a Colorado mountain chalet — is tailored to the client and the character of the building, resulting in spaces that feel both deeply personal and enduringly elegant.
Mary and Nicole bring over 25 years of combined experience between them, having trained with some of the world’s leading designers before founding Salvesen Graham in 2013. Today, they are consistently recognised on world-renowned industry lists that celebrate the most accomplished designers working today, and included annually in the House & Garden Top 100 since 2018. The firm’s work is regularly featured in publications including Architectural Digest, The New York Times, The World of Interiors, Homes & Gardens, and The Wall Street Journal.
In 2019, they launched The Collection by Salvesen Graham, an award-winning collection of fabrics, wallpapers, and furniture drawn from the spirit of their interiors work. Their debut book, the best-selling A New English Style: Timeless Interiors by Salvesen Graham, published in Spring 2025, celebrates their signature balance of heritage and modernity — interiors that will feel as stylish and comfortable tomorrow as they do today.
